October 29, 2012 (Calgary, AB) - avenue living is pleased to announce that we have reached another significant milestone by surpassing 2500 units under our ownership and operation. This means that we have added in excess of 500 units to our portfolio in the 6 months since our last milestone in May of this year.

We also recently expanded our operations to Wetaskiwin, by acquiring two townhome projects totaling 130 units. Just 45 minutes from Edmonton, Wetaskiwin became our 10th operating centre.
