In more than 22 locations across Canada's prairie provinces, residents enjoy the freedom to move and stay with us for the quality level of service they have come to expect from renting an apartment or townhome.

As we continue to grow, that quality is defined by what our residents need. We're always listening. Using what our residents say, we're guided to constantly improve the resident experience, from process to property.
