We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to ownerships' working life and communication. You will report directly to the Owner and will assist with all duties that are required/assigned. The successful candidate will be the right hand for ownership, who will count on the skill set you bring in areas such as administration, coordination, organization, and discretion.

This position provides technical direction for facilities management, deploying all aspects of the asset management strategy in Brooks.
