The city of Airdrie joined Avenue Living Communities' portfolio with the acquisition of King's Heights in 2023. Airdrie's city centre is located just 34 km north of downtown Calgary. With a population of over 80,000, Airdrie is the fifth largest city in Alberta after Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge and Red Deer.
