Avenue Living Communities, a fast-paced, fast-growing owner and operator of apartment buildings in Western Canada is looking for Maintenance Associate, Support to support our Calgary team. Backed by our entrepreneurial spirit, passion and commitment to great customer service and satisfaction, we have acquired a portfolio of 10,000 apartments since our inception in 2006 and are continuing with this aggressive growth plan.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Providing support to the Maintenance Associate Team, Regional Administrative Assistant and Residential Portfolio Manager.
Delivering and removing all materials and appliances and assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required.
Supporting maintenance associates in minor maintenance repairs, painting, drywalling and other duties as required.
Assisting the property management team with the distribution of resident notices, memos, and postings throughout the property.
Assisting with maintenance of the property, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage collection and removal of large items as required.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Minimum of 2 years' experience in general labour.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
