To support this growth, we are seeking to welcome the right candidates into our family.

As a Construction Team Member – you will be part of a team of highly skilled renovation professionals that is always required to maintain a level of high-quality workmanship. You will be a specialist in one or more of the following.

Major Projects:

  • Concrete removal and installation, sidewalks and stairs
  • Window replacements
  • Building envelope replacement and repairs
  • Multi-story deck replacements
  • Common area renovations including flooring, painting, lighting upgrades and fire and door retrofit
  • Multi family unit renovations including flooring, painting, lighting, kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • Exterior storefront door replacements
  • Awning construction and rejuvenation
  • Asbestos and mold abatement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean worksite
  • Use and maintain tools and equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated time frames
  • Logistics – material handling
  • Read and interpret drawings, both engineered and shop drawings
  • Follow instructions, both written and verbal
  • Maintain all company owned tools and equipment
  • Know and follow core values at all times
  • General job site cleaning
  • Act as a leader in your specific trade specialty, and guide other team members with your knowledge
  • Learn new skills from other team members to become a highly skilled multi disciplinary tradesperson
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of renovation best practices, Canadian building codes and building systems
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Safety oriented and self motivated, with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Team player, with ability to lead when necessary
  • Willingness to put in your best effort on projects not within your area of expertise
