October 12, 2012 (Calgary, AB) - avenue living is pleased to announce a number of recent purchases in four of our existing centres. In Saskatchewan, we acquired two buildings, adding 38 units to our portfolio. This brings our total number of buildings in Saskatchewan to 67; this prosperous prairie province remains our biggest operating centre.

We also expanded our Alberta portfolio with a recent purchase of an additional 63 units in Medicine Hat and Edmonton. These are both new centres for avenue living as of 2012 and continue to grow rapidly and show much potential for the future.
