Mostly, we want all of our renters to know that avenue living is more than just an owner and operator of apartment buildings: we are a lifestyle community made up of our executives, regional managers, support staff, maintenance crews, leasing agents and most importantly you – our tenants. When you operate in nine cities across three Canadian provinces, what better place for everyone to meet than on the world wide web!?

This blog will be geared mostly towards tenants. We are aiming to make our posts interesting and informative for all those who are renting or thinking about renting in one of our operating centers, but it won’t always be all serious talk because we like to have fun too!
