YOUR MISSION:
To utilize your excellent leasing and customer service skills to retain valuable tenants by meeting or beating your personal targets and contributing to our large team's overall objective of increasing and maintaining appropriate occupancy levels.

YOUR OBJECTIVES:

  • Demonstrate success in retention; you are able to follow up, problem solve, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a professional disposition and solution focused attitude at all times;
  • Review your future renewals and plan a retention schedule
  • Review your month to month tenants and convert to lease agreements
  • Check cleanliness of building – monitoring of buildings – monitoring of branding - report condition of all properties
  • Collect rental arrears in a timely manner
  • Facilitate the eviction process for non-paying tenants and breaches of lease agreements
  • Facilitate the move out process for all tenants and ensure move out paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Manage difficult tenancies to ensure appropriate measures are taken for ending a tenancy
  • Tour properties on a daily basis looking for opportunities to improve the living community;
  • Communicate ideas often to leadership;
  • Attend all required training and meetings at Regional Office;
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales & Revenue Management

  • Demonstrate success in sales; you are able to generate leads, follow up and close;
  • Maintain a professional disposition and solution focused attitude at all times;
  • Review your rental ads in various marketing sources to ensure that our available living spaces are being showcased;
  • Provide a daily/weekly reports of the suites shown or to be shown;
  • Check cleanliness of building – monitoring of buildings – monitoring of branding - report condition of all vacant suites available for showing;
  • Answer leasing enquiries – arrive on time for suite showings - responsible for all new tenant paperwork– submit credit applications to leadership for approval;
  • Facilitate the move in process for all new tenants and ensure comfort and safety;
  • Communicate market research, competitor information, advertising ideas to our marketing team;
  • Tour properties on a daily basis looking for opportunities to improve the living community;
  • Communicate ideas often to leadership;
  • Attend all required training and meetings at Regional Office;
